Thanks to all who attended our meeting this month, especially to our always generous hosts, Jason and the team Icarus Brewing Co., for having us during a very busy canning, bottling day, preparing for their Canniversary.
We welcomed 2 new members, putting our roster near 40.
Great job by Ian reviewing his process for building a glycol chiller and controlling fermentation temperature. The club also discussed future projects, including an upcoming competition with a major ingredient being commercial breakfast cereal, a club pig roast and a canning project.
