Club members presenting their beers and talking about their process
*”Dr Butch” giving a tutorial on a DIY keg, carboy washer.
The club held an ingredient draft. Club members drew numbers and picked Base Malt, Specialty Malts, hops, yeast and adjuncts off a draft board and are challenged to make a beer based on those ingredients and those ingredients alone. For you beer geeks out there the 1st 3 picks of the draft were:
1. Crystal 120 (Specialty Malt)
2. Jalapeno (Adjunct)
3. Burlington Yeast (WLP 095)

Shout out to Eric Schmehl of Fermented Food and Beverage Supply Shop and Three 3’s Brewing for the idea!

And of course some great conversations and communications around brewing and beer.
