Thanks everyone for coming to a GREAT meeting last night (I heard BEST meeting ever a few times!) Special thanks to Kris Lewis and Oyster Creek Brewing Company for being a gracious host!
Great presentation by “Culinary History of Cape May” author, John Howard-Fusco on beer/food pairings, great beer supplied by Oyster Creek and our own club members and great food provided by the first lady of OCHBA!

The menu included:
Appetizer: Brie with apricot jam on triscuit
Salad: spinach salad with walnuts, strawberries and goat cheese with raspberry vinagarette dressing
Entree: mini penne with pesto
Dessert: chocolate/Nutella mousse with whipped cream, Oreo base and Oreo garnish.

Plans are underway for our next Breakfast Cereal competition against our friends at Monmouth County Homebrewers Association and Brew Jersey as well as other projects.
